new stealth cam..

i got a MC2-G stealth cam for christmas...its not a very expensive one....and i have never used these before...is this one i got anygood? the only problem that i see with it is that the only way to put it on the tree is with the strap it came with and there is no way to lock it to a tree so no one takes it...any suggestions on how to fix this??

mine came with a metal disc that you can use to lock it to a tree but I never use it--actually don't even know where it si. Yep, the camera takes pretty darn good pics for the price. I have two of them that have been serving me well for about a year and half. They can be a little picky when loading film--just make sure to look and the LCD reading on front right after loading--if it says zero then it is ready to go if it says "E" then the film didn't load and try again!

Cant beat it for the price. Have to agree with Todd. Can be a bit tricky to load the film in them sometimes.
