    Default Stealth Cams Trail Cameras??

I purchased a digital stealth cam trail camera this year and I have had so many problems with it. I like using the digital camera in that it saves a lot of money from buying film and developing film, but I have gotten so little amount of pictures this year. I just thought that i had the worst luck getting deer to cross my camera, but today I went by my feeder and saw 4-5 different deer tracks going by my camera and feeding in my feeder and my camera didnt go off on any of the deer! Has anyone had this type of problem before with their trail cameras or is it just the stealth cams? Is there anyway to fix this problem?

Have you tried a walk test to see if the cam is getting you? If not that is where you need to start. If you try and the cam is not getting you, then the cam likely has issues and should go back to stealth or possibly a retail store where you got it from.

I had problems with mine, I was getting pictures had it lined up perfectly. Problem with mine was i was getting pictures but i was getting pictures after the deer or whatever set it off walked by.... I did get a few pics on it but I had to set it up so that it took the pictures half a mile away. (being sarcastic) kinda defeats the purpose if you ask me... so I gave up on it and broke down and bought some cuddeback's. Problem solved for me.

I got a Stealth Wildview Extreme 2 for Christmas last year.

The trigger on this camera is extremely slow. Don't think that's fixable. It will take decent pictures if something dances around in front of it for a LONG time. Other than that it takes a bunch of "scenery" pictures.

My Moultrie works better so I just use it.

My I450 works fine. If the camera is about 3' up the tree and tilted slighty down you should be all set.

Had a Moultrie and it did the same you had to stand in front of it for 3 to 4 min. before it would work so i called them and they sent me a new one guess what it was the same so it went on Ebay and i had to go back to the 35mm that gets deer running by.But got a homebrew in the works.Wish me luck.

I figure God only gave me so many sunrises, I might as well not miss one.
