    Default bucks in velvet (pics)

    Decided to spend my evening in a tree by my house where I have seen a couple of bucks in velvet...and try to get some pics. It paid off...Here they are.

    Enjoying the wheat...

    He's already outside his ears!...

    Another buck came in...

    Along with, what could be a future spike...

    Seeing a mess of deer here lately. 8 yesterday. 2 in my neighbor's field, one buck, one doe. Abooot an hour later 6 deer in my back yard, all does. This morning another little buck in my neighbor's field, which ended up in my front yard as I was leaving for work.

    Been getting a few bucks on the camera, nothing like that first guy though. He is going to be nice.
    Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

    we had a fawn in our garden! it was bedding in the snow peas and the onions!
    The fog slowly lifts, an owl hoots, and a longbeard gobbles from his roost....ahh...heavenly...
