This is about 400 yards from where i posted the other day with those few big deer. these are totally different deer. 200 yards from the house...everyone look at the deer in the first few pics..isnt that a cull buck? And in the second picture, the deer on the left, tell me if im wrong about that being a tumor between his legs? he definatly needs to be shot i think.

I believe the big fork is atleast 3 years old, I'd whack him and take him out of the gene pool. As far as the "tumor buck" goes, either he's really blessed, or yes, he's got a tumor of some sort. Try and keep an eye on him and see if it gets bigger, it could just be an old injury and will have no effect on him or his antler growth in the future.

Unfortunatley, now we are starting to understand what the second quote means, and... what the first quote says about us.

Really cannot tell whether there is a tumor or not from that pic. The 3.5 year old buck missing a brow on his right side needs culled imo.

yeah that forker is an older deer and needs pulled out of the gene pool badly. Would be a great deer for a young child's first deer though which is really nice about management bucks. Kids are always tickled with them.
