It is PA...but its not in the wild. Its a deer farm that raises deer. Not quite sure for what (I know its not hunting), not sure if its for the antlers, sperm, or sells the deer to hunting preserves?
Just nice to walk around the fence and take some pics. of these animals.

Granted these bucks have the easy life...they get the best food, they got the genes...but most of all they got age!

I've been to the deer research enclosure at Penn State. Saw some big bucks there, but nothing quite like that. There are a lot of canned hunt operations in the state.

Yeah...this place had one of their bucks on the cover of outdoor life a few years back. They grow some dandy's! I like it because they don't charge anything to see the deer...they ask that you take no pets and don't smoke. They have a place (lock box) that you can give donations to help feed the deer...so I'm not sure what they raise them for...never seen anyone around to ask. There is a house there (assuming the owners) but they never come outside when someone is just walking around. They have a few spots that is off limits...but just a nice peaceful little place.
