    Default another what's this

Fairly obvious, but why did he try to eat my camera? Actually pulled the battery pack down the hill and chewed into the wire.

I had a buck ruin one of my cameras too. He rubbed his antlers on it and broke the latches off the door, tore all the batteries out, and just made a real mess.

I guess some deer just can't take a joke.

So long as he did no damage, that is a nice close up Dave. Gotten several get close here, but never had any damage to any cams.

I have been doing trail cameras for about 5 years now and alot of the times the deer rub the tree that my camera was on but not until I have removed it from the tree, when I go back I think they smell something on it from my camera and are marking there terriory

As long as he didn't damage the camera.
I've never had anything like that happen to my camera. Hope I never do.
