I need your input

I am looking ahead to next season and want some input from all of you that have watched the show over the last 3 months.
If you could pick your 3 favorite episodes and what you liked about them I would be grateful. From your input I plan to improve the show for next season to make every episode enjoyable and interesting.

Not really a suggestion about the show itself but about the website. JMO but I think it would be nice to have all the episodes available on one page of the website instead of having to click on one, go to the video hosting site and then clicking on one of the earlier ones...the shows are good from the few I have seen, it takes a while to load on my computer so I dont get to watch them as often as I would like.

Just a question, but how did you go about getting your sponsors?
