    Default Camcorder

    I am looking for a good camcorder under $400.00. Suggestions? There are so many to choose from it's gross, and I just cannot decide.

    What are you going to do with the camcorder? I have an Xacti that is waterproof I use for taping my sailing stuff and pool videos. Load them to youtube. You can check this one out to see how they look. Was less than $200. Highly recommended. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K2ERwl_otEk

    I use a sony mini dv handycam Jim. Been very happy with it. Prices have come down quite a bit since I bought mine.

    Thats kinda the route I have been thinking. Do you know the model? Want to you it for general whatever and hunting.

    Camera I have is a dcr hc96. I have had it for a little over 3 years now, been pretty happy with it.
