Here is the shot, a Cicada that has already molted!
Another Cicada that was molting on the same tree! There was also more on the tree that turned normal color already!

Now those are very cool pics, and talk about bring back good childhood memories.I used to have a collection of them tree locust when I was young and would go out looking for them all the time. I just thought they were so cool, and could sing so dang loud...LOL

Cool shots! We had a big hatching down here a few years back, and thos things were EVERYWHERE! My crazy lab walked around eating them like popcorn till he got sick.
