    Default Out of velvet

    Hey everyone.. it's been a while since I posted pics of the bucks here behind my house. Right now, only 3 of them are out of velvet.


    This 6 point who I dubbed Broken Beam was the first to shed velvet:





    Good sized doe:



    Very healthy fawns:



    This buck has a broken rear left leg:

    And of course, I can't leave out the Wide 8:







    37 days til bow season!!!! Come on October 17th!!

    That 8 is wide and a good 5 1/2 year old.
    I would take him if given the chance...no doubt.

    Crazy wide.
    Don't push him too hard he ends up stuck between a couple trees on the neighboring propperty.
