    Great News!! it is great that the states that do not allow crossbow hunting are starting to open it up for the disabled hunters as an option to use a crossbow. this allows them to be able to enjoy hunting too. some disabled hunters cannot pull back a bow, or handle the recoil from a rifle. its good that the legislation is recognizing this.
