I am sick of "Political Correctness." I know a lot of black people,and not a single one of them was born in Africa; so how can they be "African-Americans"? Besides, Africa is a continent. Well I'm not sure what "snopes" is, but I saw this when it aired on TV and I assure you that this is what he said. I had to turn the TV up so that I could laugh my rear end off and still hear him talking. I totally agree with him.
