    Default Remember Elian Gonzales?

My wife picked up the new issue of People magazine today. I picked it up to read it because it had a decent sized article on Tim Russert. Much to my dismay, featured in the back in the "Passages" section was none other than Elian Gonzales. In the small blurp it shows a picture of a now 14 year old Gonzales smiling during his joining of Cuba's Young Communist Union "affirming his loyalty to Fidel Castro." Free Elian!

Another fine example of the Clinton legacy.
Off the Porch and lovin' it...

"The budget should be balanced, the Treasury should be refilled, public debt should be reduced, the arrogance of officialdom should be tempered and controlled, and the assistance to foreign lands should be curtailed lest Rome become bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance."
