Your point is well spoken.. Law abiding citizens are the only people affected by such laws. The criminal element always has, and always will, know exactly where and how to obtain illegal guns. I simply don't understand why gun control advocates don't understand this simple fact. Or perhaps they do but they simply don't care.

So true, a friend of my dad's was born in Austria(could have been germany, not 100% sure). He remembers in start of WWII the military police came around to the homes and confiscated the guns...they took his father's. A few days later they came and took his father...that was the last time he ever saw his father. They never found out where he was taken or how long before he was killed, or what happened to his body. Needless to say i doubt anybody will be taking his guns from him anytime soon.

With the men and women that served before me and myself serving in the armed forces for my freedom and rights...all I have to say is what has already been said many times before....

If they want my guns...they can pry them from my cold dead hands....

    If they dare....

Have seen this before several times. History shows gun control does not help the common man.
