You are not as smart as you think you are.. If you are in Politics.. You need to get educated FAST!!!!

I am an Independent.. I have voted for Dems and Reps..BOTH!!!

I think they should get rid of Democrat and Republicans all together.. why not just Americans??

In defense of Norm, he is one of the least partisan people on here and I am definitely guilty of getting offended on here being a democrat and all, there's only so many times you can get called ignorant or a communist before you friggin snap. The only difference is my responses to the accusations were deleted.

Norm, I wouldn't care if you were an ultra right wing neo-con, you've got Chris Farley in your avatar, so that makes you OK in my book.

It's better than having a President that would rather sit around and "smoke cigars" all day.

Dont take this wrong. I am going out on a limb here, but bigbuck, are you by any chance a student? If so I suggest learning grammar and spelling while you are still in school.

Apparently you seem to think you are very knowledgeable on politics. I however do not see it. Your post on SS pretty well tells me you either are in denial or are ignoring what is very apparent.

As far as the President, he has a full agenda and will try to accomplish a lot in his second term. That is a good thing.

Before you fire back that I am a biased republican, I will tell you I am not affiliated to any party but do tend to most often vote republican as most often they do represent my opinions better than do democrats.

Only time someone gets on my bad side is when I or my family are personally attacked. Which has not happened. I can have a heated debate and drink a beer with someone all in the same timeframe.. It is just debating and only when people are childish and immature do they feel they have to personally attack someone they are debating with. We are so cool bud.

I have a better idea... Let's not pay any aocial security taxes at all.. then we would not have the social security tax problem... raise my taxes..indeed...that is the solution for everything with you D>e>m>o>c>r>a>t>s>

I see that there is a problem with the system but the way bush wants to do it. i do not stand with the prez. I do know a lot about polictics you just might not see it. I do respect everyones opinion but do disagree with yours. I see the only way to fix the problem is raise the pay roll tax. Before you think that i am crazy. think of this. you pay more pay roll tax and then you get it back when you get social security.that is the best way i see and i have looked at a lot of options!

    [/ QUOTE ]

With this kind of thinking it is one of the main reasons I will NOT VOTE FOR A DEMOCRAT!!!

    Man, what rubbish!!!

Ohhhh yeah. Lets just raise the taxes a little more. So what if they make a little more money, a little more tax won't hurt them. That's typical democrat thinking, and it gives me a sharp pain in my arse.
