Finally got my smoker! I bought a Luhr Johnson Big Chief smoker last night.
I now need your favorite smoker recipies. Fish, poultry, beef, venison, whatever!

Get the High Mountain jerky mixes and a jerky shooter. It is BY FAR the best jerky I have ever had. The smoker is great because you don't stink up the house like when you make jerky in the oven. Give it a try!
