OK, now that I got myself a turkey, I'm thinking about deep fying it. I got the breast meat out of it. We don't have a big deep fryer, just a small one. I was thinking of cutting it into smaller pieces, breading them and deep frying them into something like turkey nuggets.

What is a good recipe for a home made turkey batter? If it has a garlic or cajun taste to it, that would be perfect! Thanks!
