lost my recepie for ginger elk. think jim zumbo had it originally. anyone remember? if not, i've got 2 elk steaks left ( and 3 months before elk season) that i need a good recepie for. thanks

sorry i dont, jim zumbo has a web site though and he post all of his recepie's on there, you could find it there, hope this helps
