I just got done cutting up a couple pheasants about an hour ago. Was planning another dish. May have to try this instead.

Did up two pheasants and 10 doves using this recipe last night -- it turned out great. My 9 year old son preferred the doves, but I thought the pheasant won hands down.

It's good to hear someone likes it. I've done grouse and pheasant the same way, and the pheasant won hands down. Mmmmmmm Mmm good
