Stuffed Morel Mushrooms

well i have found a bunch of morels this year and i didnt know what to do with the really bigs ones.
most guys said to cut them into pieces and fry them but i came up with this idea.
i took 5 big morels , i stuffed them with a couple of small pieces if Velvetta cheese and then stuffed in some grilled turkey breast pieces to close up the hole.
i then deep fried them and they were awesome ! [img]images/icons/grin.gif[/img]

I found a heaping in Southern Minnesota this past spring turkey hunting... Gosh that sounds really good Tony... I normally sautee them in a lot of BUTTER and then put them on top of steaks with cheese.... darn I am hungary!!! Good eatin Tony!

Sounds really good Tony..As soon as you send a few ( Morels ) down this way..I will make up a batch..

They dont grow here in Texas...
