Any real Italians here?

I would like to try my hand at homemade spaghetti/red sauce. I can find a bazillion recipes on Google but I don't want to try them all in order to find a good one. Does anyone here have a time tested family recipe that they would be willing to share with me? There may be a reward in it for you. wink wink

Actually, I'm a real Polish dude, but my mom used to work with this lady in Cleveland who was straight from the homeland. Mom got her recipe back in the day. Sadly, when mom died we lost the recipe and ever since then I've been searching and tinkering with various recipes.

This is the closest I've ever gotten to replicating mom's recipe. It's VERY close. I know mom never used wine in her cooking, but other than that, this recipe is identical I think.
