    There could be several things.

    1. Clean the barrel real good. Copper remover and get it clean.

    2. Loose screws on the base, rings, stock or trigger guard.

    3. Scope went south on you.

    Those are the first things I would check and see what happens.

    How do you clean the bore? What steps do you perform? What solvent do you use?

    What kind of rest are you using?

    Have someone else shoot the gun. What kind of groups do they get?
