If you mean mechanically, there is no difference. Its just another BAR, but a pretty one. They use higher grade pieces of wood and the engraving on the greyed receiver. The barrel and action are still regular old Browning.

While I have not shot one of the BAR fancy guns, I have seen and shot some of the White Gold A-Bolts and lots of the Grade VI o/u shotguns. They are just the same gun in fancy packaging, not that I am putting them down.
