    Default TC Pro Hunter

Is the trigger adjustable on the pro hunter?

To my knowledge there isn't any adjustment to them, I have the encore and it doesn't have any adjustment. Mine is not far from being really good anyway, but there are some places on the net were you can purchase spring kits to adjust the trigger and the look pretty easy to do.

I read where the factory trigger pull is in the 5-6 lbs range?
Has anybody here sent their gun to the guy in Oregon for a trigger job?

I bought an Encore .50 cal stainless muzzleloader the year before they introduced the ProHunter. I love the factory trigger on it. I had a trigger job on my Ruger M77 making it a little over 3.5 lbs. My Encore seems comparible. It makes for a very accurate muzzleloader. I really like it.
