I know this will vary from region to region, but what type of planted fields do you find the most sheds in?? My biggest find for #'s came in an alfalfa field last year...what about you?

I found ONe in a over grow field! I was walking by and saw it sticky up a lil farther then everything else!
I have found 4 sheds in chopped corn fields(a matched set and then 2 different sides) and 1 in a clover/alfalfa field. Mainly I find mine in the woods or the corn fields where the deer go in the winter.
field peas are first probably with alfalfa or a left over grain field next
Mainly in the woods here due to snow cover forcing the deer to the wintering grounds around when they are dropping their antlers.Choppings, swamps, grain fields and apple orchards are popular spots to find them here.
Tim and I talked about this on the weekend, right saskbucks???Over 90% of the sheds I find come from alfalfa fields. The rest are from the bush. I hardly ever find any in crop fields, I find the deer aren't on them near my house, there is simply bigger all for food left there once harvest is complete.
