I have a H & R 20 ga. slugger that I shoot Hornady SST's in and you can drive tacks with it. I have not had one get away yet. They do so nasty damage. The main thing is I have found that you get fowling in the barrel from the sabot not only on this gun but on 2 other rifled barrels that I have. You need to run a brush down them after every 6-8 shots or they stsrt to wonder on you a bit. I shot 12 ga. lightfields and the only thing with them is that they are so hard and just punch a hole and don't expand enough. They are accurate but hard. I had a buddy that shot copper solids in his 870 and mine with the same barrel setup wouldn't shot them worth a crap. You deffenitily need to shot some different brands to see what works best. Good luck.
