There are a few good ones on the market. One is the Accupro Pro Jag. The only drawback to it is its solid brass. It will not conform to tighter chokes. If your gun uses screw in chokes, its not an issue.
The one I like is the Bore Tech Shotgun Patch Holder. Its designed to conform to the chokes and will flex for best cleaning. The only drawback to this one is, it is made out of plastic. They come in packs of two so they will last a good long while.
Thank you AJ!!!!![]()

theres something odd going on here....everytime you post a link to that site my wallet gets lighter????
Is this caused by taste loss??![]()
AJ, is one of those jags preferable over the other for a fully rifled slug barrel.
For a rifled barrel, it really does not matter. The benefit of the plastic one is it will spring out to fill the grooves better. One thing I would do is either use an adapter between the jag and a rifle cleaning rod or if you are using a shotgun cleaning rod, unscrew the handle a turn and a half so the brush will follow the rifling and not skip over it.
You mean so that the rod will spin right? If so, I use one piece Kleen-Bore cleaning rods, and the handles spin. Thanks again AJ
Yep, you got it. Sounds like you will be set.
Thanks for the help AJ
