Default California Death Penalty Fiasco

Why does THIS not surprise me?

This guy raped, tortured, and murdered a 17 year old girl and now it looks like he'll be sitting around watching TV for a long time.

Come on folks, get your act together and just off the slimebag!

And check out this statement from one of his tax payer supported attorneys...

[ QUOTE ]
One of Morales' attorneys, Ben Weston, said the delay "goes a long way toward demonstrating the state doesn't have its ducks in a row for humanely killing a human being. They haven't figured out how to do it."

[/ QUOTE ]
Well Mr. Weston, we might be able to take a lesson from the old Soviet Union on this one. One round from a large caliber pistol to the back of the head, then send a bill for the bullet to the perpetrator's family.

You mean that will kill someone, wow and I thought you had to spend millions of dollors on a machine to put them to sleep.

The ol' USSR had one thing right didn't they.

Kill em all and let God sort them out and stop wasting tax payers money by keeping them in our prison system. The good ol US has things backwards don't they

These good for nothing people kill innocent people and we worry about them feeling pain when they die. Must be a Dem doing all this crap

California needs to quit "culling" the killers! They've got more poeple sitting on death row than any other state!

I don't know if there is hope for California, They elect movie stars into office, One of their Port cities refuses to allow any U.S. Military ocupation, stating that if their city was attacked by terrorists, that " the Police and Firemen could handle the situation". just don't know about them.

Makes me sick, that this piece of worthless crap or his attorneys are getting away with using an excuse that the death penalty is not humane, because he MIGHT still be able to feel the pain of the injections while they are working. Even worse is that from what I heard on the radio is that other states are viewing this as potentially creating problems for them using the death penalty.

He deserves no less pain than the poor inoncent girl, victim he tortured. This crap these turds and the human rights activists are getting away with anymore is absolutely disgusting.

I say bring back public executions in the form of firing squads or hangings and do it in front of a public audience and make an example of them. Capital punishment is supposed to be a deterrant from do the unthinkable and when it is not used in situations such as this, our system fails in the worse possible way.

Figure out how this dud killed the girl and give him the same treatment, only a little more slowly so we can all watch on national TV. I'm sure he didn't care about pain when he did what he did.

they just use the wrong terminalogy in california. all they have to do is call it an "extremely late term abortion", and they would have doctors lining up to kill this guy. lol

Maybe the parents of this young girl should have a say in this.
If it were your daughter ,what would you think?

Did you forget Reagan? He may be from Illinois but he was a movie star first.

i agree with everyone here

just a bullet would do

although some would label this as barbaric
they are stupid

if they wanted barbaric we would bash them over the head with a rock to kill

plus if people dont want the criminal to feel pain then im pretty sure u dont feel getting shot in the head

And i dont see why a crmiinal has to sit so long on death row

I agree with Ron White if u kill someone we will kill u back and if more than three eye witnesses saw u do it
u go to the front of the line
