If you did not rub off alot of hair in the area, like from dragging it out, then it is the taxidermists fault for sure. I would bring it back.

yep---On my 4 mounts you can't see any stitching. You need to take it back for sure and have them correct that!

Result of a poor job on the mount. Can be fixed though.
