    Default Bondo or earliners ????

What do you prefer ? At this point and time I am leaning towards bondo, but I do not have enough years of expierence in dealing with it just yet. I have never had luck with ear liners.

Thanks for the replies. I should have stated I have been using bondo in my ears with great results, but just started to do it within a year. Removing the ear cartlidge is one big pain in the butt. I suppose for a competition mount it is required.

I use liners on 100% of my mounts. Hate the mess when using bondo. I havnt had a liner ear drum in a while. As long as you trim it to fit very loose and use a good 2-part {epo grip lfs} it will be fine.

Always used liners. We never wanted to give a customer a bondo ear that can break if they bang it.

I cant see that happening. It may crack inside, which you would never see it. But to break and have the ear bend I feel you have more of a chance of a customer breaking a tine off the ear.
