    Default Still strutting in PA

    When somebody tells you that the birds are "done" the 2nd week of the season because they can't get one to work or fire up..........just nod and smile and say "Yep. They're done". Then go kill a bird with one less hunter in the woods.

    Evidently this guy didn't get the memo that he was supposed to "be done" (a month after our season closed).

    Heard one gobble last week, and had one strutting 2 weeks ago behind the house. Season ended May 11th here.

    Ive not heard any gobbling in a while but not going to say there might not be a few out there who are.
