    Default choke tube for a 835

    my friend at work just bought a 835 turkey gun and was wondering what chokes/shells have been working for people with there 835s ? thanks for the help

    Comp-N-Choke XXX Full with Winchester Supreme's 3.5" #6 is what I found to be the best for me. But it doesn't matter what I use because he needs to find out what choke/shell combo will work in his gun. Every shotgun is different, what works for one gun might not work for another. But at least its a start!

    My friend uses a Tru-Glo and the same shell as LifeNRA uses,his patterns are awsome.

    I was satisfied with mine with the factory choke it came with. even out to 50yrds i had 12, 14 15. pellets in the head and neck of the turkey target
