Default Need help in cutting slate for new call

I am making a new slate call and need help in cutting it cleanly. I have tried a variety of tools and just can't get it right without chipping the edges.

    Can anyone help???

    Thanks!

I use a hole saw without the center drill bit. It does a pretty good job if you take your time when drilling. Give me yell if you need more info.

That will be one of the things I try next. I was hoping to cut some slate that is oval in shape. It fits my hand a little better that does round.

    Thanks-
