i live in indiana and we are getting some very unseasonable weather. i am a 1 year knowledged turkey hunter. i know quite a bit , but the thing i don't know is how to hunt turkeys when the weather isn't good. my question is , what happens when you have cold rainy weather when trying to ambush a turkey? because here in indiana it does not look good for the opener.

Look for the turkeys to be in the fields. Once you find a gobbler out in a field while its raining, you can set up a stalk.

Good Info, I'd add if it's windy as well, hit the calm side of hills in the fields or logging roads.

Yeah, you'll find alot in fields and open logging roads. . . once you find them, get ahead of them and you're set.
