THE WEATHER ISN'T LOOKING GOOD FOR STEUBEN COUNTY WHERE I HUNT. I'M GONNA GIVE IT MY BEST THOUGH. HOPEFULLY THE WEATHER MAN IS WRONG LIKE USUAL. IF HE IS THERE IS GONNA BE SOME GREAT VIDEO FOOTAGE OF MY FIRST ARCHERY KILL GOBBLER.

I'll be out in Steuben County as well Wednesday morning. Bow in hand as well. No rain's going to slow me down. I've killed them in the rain before.

I'm gonna slip out after work, I'll be in the woods at about 7:15 am. Got a big ridge I can see where they strut, and if they're there gonna move in a little and set up. I can hunt all day Thurs, Fir Sat, then Mon Tues, Wed....

sounds like you got all kinds of time to find the bird you are hunting for. wish i could say the same. last year when i worked at gander mountain i had lots of time to hunt. goooood luck.

My parents own a cottage on Little Long Lake near Clear Lake in Steuben County... It definitely looks like an awesome area for turkey hunting... Is there any public land available to hunt? Good luck!

there is a place called mongo that has alot of turkeys on it. you have to be drawn or try to get a no show , is the only problem with hunting there.
