    Default Archery Question

THis is my first year chasing them with a bow. I have been pacticing from a stool & kneeling. I think kneeling for me is steadier.
I had to adjust my sights down, as I seem to shoot a little high from the kneeling position.

Do you guys practice from these positions, which one do you like?

Kneeling here too. I can't shoot from a sitting position well at all for some reason. I think kneeling aligns your back muscles more closely to a standing position. I think that is why it is easier for me to shoot like that than sitting.
