    Default THE CURVE box call

    Has anyone had there hand's on one of these call's?They are made by Quaker Boy.If they sound as good as they look,the birds will come runnin!

    I have and thought that it sounded very good. Long boxes sound considerably different at close range than they do at longer distances. At least to me they do.

    i've had great success with longbox,"boatpaddle"call made by randy sullivan.i also have one made by lamar williams but that is a long time wait as well as substantial investment.

    Haven't gotten my hands on one yet, so I don't know.

    Can't see how it will sound any better than an "old style" boatpaddle. Just won't take as much practice or skill to run it.
