I agree. But I still have almost 20 Nitro's left in the box, so after these are all gone, I'll be giving those Winchesters a serious look as well.

Worked great for me last year and with more than a handfull left, Im sure they will work again.

I did shoot the New Federals last year through my X-2 with a Tru-Glo choke. They did the job well. I might have to switch back to that combo seeing I only have 4 Nitro's left.

I talked my dad into patterning the flight controls against the Winchester Supremes we had been shooting. He made the switch after comparing patterns and had no problems last year.

The Winchester Supremes (at $1 per shot) have kicked every turkey's butt I've ever asked them to. I tested the Supreme XR's last year and they give an honest 10% more pellets on target for twice the price. Ain't no way I could ever justify doubling that for a box of Nitro's.....even before the price increase........no matter how much the improvement.

But that's just me.
