Take it to your local gunsmith first thing monday morning and throw him an extra $50 to get it fixed in time.

I've been there, last year I bought a franchi 912 with the steadygrip it wouldn't cycle right. I brought the gun back to where I got it and they sent it back to franchi to be repaired. 3 1/2 months later it was back, well after turkey season was over and I sold it. Anyway I bought a beretta xtrema best shotgun I ever used it will shoot anything you put in it.

Sorry John...but unless the dealer is also a lic. gunsmith...chances are almost all dealers will tell you to send it back to the manufacturer. The only way I can send a gun back, is if it came from my wholesaler damaged due to shipping!
Only thing a dealer will do is send it straight to the manufacturer and charge you the shipping...thats something you could do on your own and cut out the middle man.

Sorry to hear about your 935 turkeyhntr...hope everything works out for you.
