in my hometown there is a place called Turkey Trot Acres and it is a guiding service for turkey hunters. My uncle guides 4 guys a year and this year he is 3 for 3 and last week he guided a guy and called in a tom with 1 5/8 spurs. they were the biggest ive seen in real life. just thought id share..sorry i have no picture but i they were big..and sharp

Sounds like a nice one. A guy that I work withs wife shot a monster last Sunday in Yates County....27# (after sitting in the fridge for 3 days) with 1 5/8" spurs. Its gonna be in the top 5 in the state records for weight and the top 10 for overal score.
