Saw a white turkey today (hen)

As a veterinarian I drive alot of roads. Today while driving I looked into a pasture and saw a white turkey. Now I have seen some with a few white feathers, however, this one was completely white except for the "bars" on the wings and tail that were black. How cool was that. It looked just like the tom that was shot in North Dakota and was posted here on Realtree a while back.

Wow! I once saw a mallard like that traveling in a group.
I wonder how rare they are?
