Don't know but maybe it is some special Realtree Commorative mouth call that you can buy for $15 from somewhere,lol (joking)

I think he uses a gold plated micheal waddell signature series specially made custom mouth call with 3 reeds one white one red and one rt hd green with a half cut. This call is great for making all turkey sounds especially excited cutting and yelping and cackles. These are only made for Micheal himself but from time to time you'll see them on ebay for aboue 300$ each. These calls are very good and killed mnay birds, hope you find one.

Mouth calls are cheap. You might buy Waddells call and find it doesn't fit your mouth right and sounds like crap. Buy a few and find the one that sounds the best out of your mouth.
