Gettin' that "purr" out of an Owl Call

i just got an owl call at a local turkey-rama. I usually just use my mouth, but this guy had it sounding so good i had to give it a try. It sounds good, put i just can't get that "purr" out of it, at the end of the calling sequence... how do ya'll get that "purr" at the end of a sequence....?

Roll your tounge against the top of your mouth. Kind of like part of a word while speaking the spanish language.

Yup. Or, if you're bringing your air from your diaphragm, you can cut it from there.
