This weekend is suppose to be cold and they are also calling for a little snow. How will this affect the birds? Or will it even bother them at all? I heard reports of them breaking up, but not much talkin yet in my part of the country.

Usually cold shuts them down a bit...won't hear much gobbling if any...try and get near their roosting area if you can or some place they frequent like a field or what not. Good luck!
well i dont know bout snow b/c i live in s.c but the cold round here is bout 30 degrees here and it keeps them moving but i havent heard much gobblin
It has been cold the last few days here, and the gobbling has slowed almost to a complete stop, but it is supposed to warm up this week.
Well we had record breaking temps in the 20s saturday for the youth hunt in Illinois, and the birds were gobbling great, My son got his first turkey opening day.
