DAY BEFORE OPENER IT'S SNOWING !!!!!!!!!

Well the countdown is over and it's the night before season and we have about 3 inches of snow on the ground here in NE OK. I'm sure it will be melted off by morning since the ground temps are well in the 60s. But the low for tonight is 30 and the high for tomarrow is 53. Then Fri. night the low is 27 and high for Sat. 47.
I've never hunted turkeys on opening day of spring season when it was this cold nor after a heavy snow. It could be a crazy opening weakend.

This was after about ten minutes, 7:00 and it's still snowing now at 9:00.

The snow turned into rain but it is still awefull cold for opening day of spring season. I''d be jubilant if it were dear season, but not so much turkey.
And I'm off !!!!!!!

I shot a bird in New York one morning it was 21 degrees. Shot one in Montana with snow on the ground. Good luck

I went to the ranch this morning. Snow was still on the ground! Cold, cold, cold and no luck...

Got a bunch of crazy weather here too I don't like it. Windy and cold.......Not good sitting weather We only got a few flurries, and they only moistened the grass.
