Primos Signature Series Mouth Calls

Has anybody else tried these? I just got two of them in that I ordered from their website. I couldn't find any of them in stores. I got the WP and BF. Great calls IMO. They are a little pricey though. If you like the other Primos single frame mouth calls, these might be worth trying.

Probably not, the mini sonic domes from Primos fit so well, I don't have to trim them!

I picked those same calls up last week. So far I like them. They are pretty easy to make sound good.

I've got mine broken in pretty good now, and I really like them, especially the Will Primos one. I've been using Primos calls for several years, but I usually have one or two Preston Pittman calls too. (I usually have a MAD or Woodhaven in the vest too) The one thing that I have always disliked about the Primos calls is how thin the reads are. They don't take a lot of air to make a sound, but swithching back and forth between them and the Pittman calls (which do take a lot of air) was kind of difficult. These are in between the regular Primos calls and the Pittman calls in terms of air pressure needed.

If you get a chance try the Wood Wise Pro Saffer diaphragms. I think they are some of the best one out on the market..

I haven't had a chance to order any Signature Series yet, but when I do I'm gonna. I'm planning on getting the TR-1. You think they'd make me call as good as Troy?

I had a chance to pick up some Woods Wise calls, but for some reason I passed on them. I don't know, I'm a Primos guy I guess

I use the sonic dome call and if it's anything like it they should work great.

My personal experience with Primos is hot and cold. Some of their calls I've had have been fabulous. Others have, honestly been duds. Their "Deadly Double" is a classic, hard to use but effective.

Now I haven't tried it but I think the Signature series WP-1 just might be their next hotty. The "Batman" style cut is definitely getting some attention from all the call makers. If that one is as good as Primos can make calls, I expect they'll be making it a long long time.
