    I heard of one guy killing a bird yesterday evening. 10 1/4 inch beard with inch spurs. My brother didnt do any good.
    I figure God only gave me so many sunrises, I might as well not miss one.

    Our youth season here in Alabama was also open Saturday but the snow, wind, and cold weather kept me from taking my 7 year old nephew.

    2 friends of mine were going to take youth hunters this past weekend but the parents for both of them called off the hunts due to the weather.

    No reason why you can't take a youth hunter any other day during the season though. I'll be taking one on the weekend of March 29th.
