    Default WI guys and gals

You ready to step out into the woods and get that big tom!!

I haven't bought a tag yet. I wasn't planning on it but the closer the season gets, I'm having second thoughts!

Im really excited. Got all the birds patterned out and am keeping a close eye on each flock every morning. 1st and 2nd season I am guiding/videoing a couple guys out at my farm and a farm down the road. 3rd season I will be in front of the camera trying to fill my tag, then 4th and 5th season beleive it or not I will be guiding/videoing my sister-in-law to her first bird, shes a real girl-girl but she took hunters saftey this last winter and wants to kill something. Should be an exciting spring.

I am plum tuckerred out from the Learn To Hunt Program. Already have 44 hours chasing turkeys in 4 days hunting. No bird for us but only a few taken. Our cold slow warm up had them bunched up in large flocks yet making them very uncallable/undecoyable. With the forcast I saw for the week ahead, that will change. Good luck to everyone. I won't be hunting myself till the 6th week.

Yep I am all set to go. Took a youth out this weekend as well. Didnt get a bird but we had enough action to keep it exciting. Ive got 3rd period myself. Friends of mine have a variety of time slots so i think i will be able to tag along and do some calling for them. Gonna be a busy spring and i cant wait!!

Birds seem to be bunched up in some areas and not so much in others around here. Hopefully they start spreading out soon. A little warmth to green up the fields would be nice too.
