    Default help if you would

    need your stradegy please
    went last week to find a place to put up a new stand, thought i heard a turkey gobble in the bottom off our land.
    hung the stand and as i was sitting there i heard him gobble some thing like 9 times


    this what the land looks like, i like to try to take him with my bow, so what would you do, or what do you think i should do after getting the stand set i pulled the disc form the camra and he was there..

    What time was it when he was gobbling? And is there any concentration of trees for him to roost in? looks like your land is regrowth from clear cutting

    I'd put a pop-up blind right about where your camera was set up.

    You already know he likes to move through there in the A.M.

    Call with a variety of calls until he shows up.

    Once he shows up, stop calling.

    Have some decoys out.

    That is what I did in 2001 and Buckmasters wrote it up.

    It is also what I did today!
