i have one more hog hunt, but turkey scouting has offically begun for me as of last thurs., i got a new shot gun yesterday, just like my old one,but it's a new one, lol.....mossberg500/accuchoke......i ran over my last barrel and had to replace it, it is just a plain barrel, i've harvested critters with it, but i wanted my old barrel again.....wooooohooooo.....bought it from a friend for $100.00.......i'll name it after i shoot my first bird with it God willing.....

In NY the deer season ended in December and I have been itching to pull the trigger on something again. Most preferably Squirrels and deer but I got too long to wait for them so the Turkeys are coming first but they are also way too far away (May 1).
I am gearing up and getting ready to go.
